Kic at the Emirates
June 9, 2008 on 12:14 pm | In Uncategorized |Fourteen young people and four members of study centre staff visited the Emirates Stadium, home of Arsenal FC during May half term. We began with a tour of the stadium including visits to the directors box, the press lounge and the changing rooms. We were very impressed by the size of the stadium and by the luxuriousness of the changing rooms. We weren’t able to go near the pitch because there was work going on to set up for a concert later in the week.
We also went to the club museum where we learned a lot about the history of the club, and to the club shop where we saw a huge range of Arsenal memorabilia.
